Hurricane Policy: Should there be a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane while renters are in our vacation home that the portion of the rental days that was not used would be reimbursed. Should there be any devastation at our rental property before renters arrival from a hurricane, their funds would be returned.Note for the 3 rd bedroom the rate is an additional $1000.a week plus 11.5%
Vacation Rental License No VR-09-12 Must be 21 years or older to rent property. Rent now for next year for the same garanteed rate. Cleaning fee for the 2 bedroomS is $135.00 Cleaning fee for the 3 bedrooms is $150.00. Please note in the 2 bedrooms..we have twin beds and a queen size bed plus sleeper couch( in living room). The master bedroom is the 3rd bedroom with a king size bed, with large sitting room and master bathroom at the pool level.
