This two story family home is located on the intercostal waterway on the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach with a private boat dock. The home has a pool, jacuzzi outside, jacuzzi bath inside, game room with air hockey, fenced in yard and outstanding views. You can relax and play in the pool, go boating or fishing, stroll to the wide sandy beach, a short 2 blocks away. The home is a two story spacious 2,500 sq. ft. with a gourmet kitchen, a large family room with 52? big screen TV. The large living room has sliding glass doors, which open onto the balcony. There are four bedrooms: Master -King bed, two themes rooms-Sailing ?twin/trundle bed, Disney- twin/trundle bed and a separate bedroom downstairs- double bed. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and one full bathroom located downstairs. The kitchen/ dining areas are well equipped with everything you will need- coffee maker, toaster, and food processor.
