This 2 great bedrooms vacation rental with ocean view is at the front row of the complex of Niguel Beach with elegant dining table set for you to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or evening dinner & watch the sailboats go by while enjoying the cool ocean breeze of the Pacific South Coast. Our condo is just less than 1 minute walk to the pool and two Jacuzzis and also just 1 minute walk to the PublicBeach Access. Beach showers and car park is just accross the complex but has no major STREET and TRAFFIC NOISE. GREAT FOR HONEYMOON, GETAWAYS AND FOR ALL AGES! Everyone who stayed with us loves this our LOCATION! Our condo is just 1 minute walk to the main Beach Access. We are located along the ocean side of PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY & Selva Road and just a few distance from the famous Ritz Carlton hotel where the famous and rich share the same beach with us in Salt Creek Beach. This carpeted UNIT is turnkey ready for vacationers to enjoy. Wheelchair accessible and FULLY FURNISHED! We got 2 bedrooms and 2 full size bath. This is the largest 2 bedrooms in the complex (nearly 1100 square feet) and has big 2 patios for barbecues and relaxing and having fun! The master bedroom has king sized bed, oak wood cabinets, private bathroom, Cable TV, DVD, AM/FM alarm clock, cordless phone that you can use locally without extra charge and connecting sliding door to the main patio. The second bedroom has queen sized bed with additional futon for additional occupancy, AM/FM alarm clock, wooden cabinets and sliding door connecting to the second patio. The bathrooms has big mirror and vanity, stocked with bathroom tissues, soaps. shampoo, conditioners, hairdyer and ready to use towels. The living room was just upgraded with new sectional sofa and as day bed! with Cable TV, DVD, Stereo and High speed Internet Access. A great place to relax after a great outdoor adventure while watching tv or listening to the music. Fully furnished kitchen has everything you need.

It is centrally located to all major Southern California attractions. Our Dana Point Vacation Rental is perfect for a romantic get-away, family vacation or snowbird retreat.
