If mountain biking is your sport - ride the trails of the Blue Mountains. Located on the Niagara Escarpment on the shores of Georgian Bay - the view is breathtaking! At the base of the mountain you will find Intrawest's Blue Mountain ski resort and village. Enjoy the atmosphere of the village shops and restuarants. There is always something happening.

Walk into town for your morning Starbucks and paper. Visit the quaint shops located on the main street or on Saturday mornings pickup your fresh produce at the farmer's market. All this within walking distance!

Hike the Georgian Trail. This well maintained trail runs for 37kms from downtown Collingwood to Meaford, Ontario. Great for dog walking, bird watching, or training a marathon. Leisurely pedal the bicycle paths and explore all the town has to offer.

Walk miles of white sandy beach - Wasaga Beach is 15 minutes away - and swim in the fresh waters of Georgian Bay. Sail, paddle, boat or fish it's all here. Truly a mariners paradise and summer playground.

End the day in one of the many restuarants located in town - offering a wide variety of cuisine. Or take in the local arts scene. There is always something happening in this town.
