A pretty, well decorated townhouse finished to a high standard. On the raised ground floor, the house has a through sitting room with fireplace and comfortable seating and a door with steps down to the small garden. The lower ground floor is open plan and has a dining area to seat 6/8, and the spacious well equipped kitchen area has a dishwasher, hob (stove top), oven, large fridge/freezer and microwave. On a half landing is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. On the first floor is the queen double bedroom (5') with bathroom ensuite with bath with fixed overhead shower, wash hand basin and loo. There is also a shower room with a shower stall, wash hand basin and loo .
