Neighborhood This one bedroom apartment is located on the 1st French floor of a post war building with elevator facing the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has a south exposure. There is a nice terrace with sea view. The apartment is wonderfully located on avenue Docteur PICAUD in the western part of Cannes, near the sea. You can walk from the apartment within 15 minutes to Le Suquet, and 25 mn to the Palais de Festival. The beach is nearby Boulevard du Midi. Restaurants, cafés are all around. All commodities are within walking distance. Premises The living area is furnished with a double size sofa bed, various cupboards and a dining table. A large French sliding bay window gives access to the terrace. There is TV and a stereo. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. At the entrance of the studio, you will also find 2 bunk beds. The open kitchen is equipped with four electric burners, a small electric oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a refrigerator freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has a washbasin and a bathtub with handheld shower head. There is a separate toilet. The Apartment has Air Conditioning. You will enjoy the large sunny terrace with garden furniture offering a nice views onto and the sea and the Lerins Islands and the garden.
