We are only a few hundred feet off route 111 and about 1.5 miles from the lake and Sunset Marina - www.sunsetmarina.com. Livingston, TN is 17 miles south on 111 and Cookeville is about 45 miles away on 111 at I-40. Nashville and Knoxville are about 2 hrs away. Crossville, the Golf Capital of TN, is 1 hr away. Albany, KY is 15 miles north.

The main floor has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a fully equiped kitchen (refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer, coffee maker, Crock Pot, electric skillet, potato peeler, etc..) A washer and dryer are just off the kitchen. As shown in one of the photos, the kitchen opens into the living room and dining room with a vaulted ceiling. The couch is a double sleeper. Off the back is a large deck with the great view of the lake.

Downstairs - walk out basement - we have 2 bedrooms with a full small bath between. One BR has 2 twin beds and the other has a queen sized bed. Stretching across the back of the house is the family room, again with an outstanding view of the lake. This opens onto a large concrete patio - under roof. The family room has another double sleeper sofa. Ten people can easily sleep in this home.

Water sports and fishing are the main attractions. There is a sandy beach just next to Sunset Marina. Both Livingston and Albany, KY have golf courses - mountainviewgolfcourse@yahoo.com. There is a Dairy Queen just around the corner on 111. Sunset Marina has a restaurant on their dock.
