This beautiful private villa is set in the middle of the challenging Greg Norman designed Nirvana Bali Golf Course and offers spectacular views of the sea and Bali's sensational sunsets. The villa is in walking distance to the famous Tanah Lot temple and the new "Le Meridien Nirvana Resort & Spa" which offers several restaurants, a number of exceptional free-form swimming pools with exciting water slides, a marine spa, beauty salon, several tennis & squash courts, a fitness center, and a kiddies club.

The distance to Legian/Kuta is about 20 minutes, it's 30 minutes to the international airport, and you enjoy easy access to all other parts of Bali.

The Villa

The "Nirvana Golf Villa" contracted by Balivillas.com (Villa No. 49) are the best furnished and maintained villa and occupies indisputably the best location.

Built to the highest standards, using all natural materials, stone and marble, this villa consists of two 2-storey buildings both levels of which are connected by walkways. Between the two buildings there is a lily pond and a fountain. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious air-conditioned living and dining room, and a large airy upstairs terrace overlooking the golf course and the sea.

In addition to the small private pool set in the tropical garden with a gazebo in front of the master suite, guests of these villa enjoy free access to the stunning swimming pools (kids love the water slides), gourmet restaurants, and all beauty and health facilities of the "Le Meridien Nirvana Resort & Spa" a short walk away.

The Entrance Building houses on the ground floor the spacious and very comfortably furnished air-conditioned living and dining room, kitchen, staff quarters and the garage for your private golf cart. On the upper floor is one bedroom with one king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a large balcony, and a second bedroom has two single beds and ensuite bathroom.

The whole ground floor of the Garden Building is occupied by the spacious Master Suite with one king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. Both bedroom and bathroom open to the garden with the private pool.

The whole upper floor of this building is occupied by the open-air living and dining area with large, comfortable sofas and a dining table. The views of the golf course and the ocean beyond are magnificent – not only during Bali's spectacular sunsets.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are air-conditioned although the cool breezes mean this is often not required. Built-in wardrobes, beautiful furniture and decorative items complete all bedrooms.

There is a telephone for international voice calls and fax; as this works for the time being over radio you have to use at this time the resort's business center to connect your laptop to the Internet. There are also TV sets featuring many international news and movie channels.

Kitchen, Amenities and Services
