It offers it all, private beach, tennis, 2 pools (one heated), the beach is one of Fla's best white cool ones, nice clean grounds, well maintained condo's, and plenty of extra's. I have 4 units available for rent,2 on the 2nd floor of building 3, with gulf view, beautiful decor and lots of extra's. At this time pets are allowed in 3202 only and there is a $100 cleaning fee. I have 2 in building 2 which has full gulf front views!!! All new decor in both of these units. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, 2 door access to balcony overlooking ocean and susets, large floor plaln, decorated in "Pottery Barn" Beach linens. Sleeps 7, King, bunk beds are full/twin, 2 full baths and large family room. 2 VCR's, 5 disc stereo, new paint, new carpet and lots of extra's for the kids, sand toys, coloring books, crayons, a video library, beach chairs, almost anything you can think of for the perfect family vacation.
