On arrival you will enter Villa Sotogrande into the vaulted hallway. To the right is the main sitting room ... a light & airy room furnished to a very high standard with sumptuous sofas, a 42'' flat screen TV, DVD player and a full SKY Plus digital satellite system (movies & sport included). From the sitting room you can step out into a beautiful private courtyard filled with Mediterranean plants. Down a flight of stairs from the hallway is a stunning Moroccan styled dining room which has been hand painted by a locally based artist. Next to the dining room you will find the large stylish ‘chefs’ kitchen. The kitchen has been fitted to the highest of specifications with electric oven, microwave/oven/grill, designer ceramic hobs, a stainless steel Smeg fridge freeze, dishwasher, coffee machine, intercom system for the main gate … and a 6 seater breakfast table. Also on this floor is the maids utility room which is equipped with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a sink and 2 extra fridge freezers. The kitchen opens onto the second lounge, which is equipped with another 42'' flat screen TV, DVD and a full SKY digital satellite system (movies & sport included). There is also an extensive collection of books, dvd’s, videos and games for you to enjoy. The far side of this second lounge opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs, a perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen and second lounge gives you access to the pool and garden areas - but more of that later! From the kitchen, up 2 flights of stairs, you will find a twin bedroom suitable for children and a large double bedroom. This double bedroom overlooks the pool and to the rear of the room French doors open onto a lovely private terrace overlooking the courtyard. This room has a ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath twin sinks & wc and a separate walk-in shower. Back down one flight of stairs you will find the second twin bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower, wc and sink.
