lovely sweet home beach villa is absolutely breathtaking sitting high above the sand overlooking the uncomparable Gulf of Mexico. As you walk in, you are greeted by a beautiful Foyer/Parlor with brick flooring. To the left of the Foyer you have a very large Laundry Room that also contains a Sitting Area.Just off this room is a private deck with a shower that leads down to the main back deck. On the other side of the Foyer you have a very nice office. Right in between the two rooms you have a very handy full bathroom. As you make your way up the wood staircase you see how open and spacious this house really is. The two spare bedrooms sit off to the left with another full bathroom. Across the hallway sits the large Master suite. The Master Bath has a double vanity, separate shower and a jacuzzi tub. Right off the Master suite you have a door that leads to your own private deck, which also connects to the main deck that leads down to the back yard (which happens to be the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico) The Kitchen and Great Room are nice and open, perfect for entertaining. The Great Room also features hardwood floors and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. As you step out onto the large open deck you will notice the new stairway down onto the "World's Most Beautiful" beaches. The stairway was just recently built as a new seawall was just recently installed along with the build up of sand and planting of beautiful sea oats. This truly is a dream home.
