* Weekly rate of $375 rent plus tax of $48.75, & cleaning fee of $45 - total $468.75.
* Refundable security and electronic pass/key deposit of $150 required upon booking. Will be returned within 10 days of check-out once unit has been inspected, provided there is no damage and electronic pass/keys are left in the unit upon departure.
* Half of the total amount due is payable immediately upon booking and the balance is due 30 days before check-in date. If check-in date is less than 30 days from time of booking, total amount will be payable at time of booking. An invoice will be sent to renter with amount due and instructions for payment. For your convenience, we accept credit card payments, certified check or money order. Credit card payments may be made online. A rental agreement will also be forwarded with invoice and will need to be signed and returned with payment.
