“CANCELLATION POLICY: For fees Paid DIRECTLY to The Guest House. We will refund 75% of deposit/payment paid to The Guest House in event of cancellation if advised up to 7 Days after booking. If cancellation occurs after the 7 days - the Guest House will refund 50% of any fees paid. If Cancellation is within 14 days of arrival date – initial deposit will not be refunded & 50% of additional fees will be reimbursed (by chq ). If Cancellation occurs during stay – NO REFUND will be provided. (as we have already allotted the room to your during this time and turned others away.) *If your initial payment was by cheque – then refunds will only be issued once the initial cheque has cleared our bank. If you booked your stay with us through HOSTELWORLD - Please ensure you have read their cancellation policy as The Guest House is NOT responsible for any re-imbursement of the initial deposit as we do not receive any of the initial deposit. “ ON-LINE AGREEMENT & ON-LINE Registration forms must be completed at time of booking.
