Also considered to be in the 'Golden Triangle' you are next block to all famous designers. 1/2 block to the Rond Point (subway lines # 1, #13 and # 9). It is a 1930's building with elevators. Guardian and intercom. The 5th floor consists of a one bedroom suite with separate living area and fully equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom with corner stall shower, window and towel warmer (We have another one bedrosame on the 6th floor). There are washer/dryer in each unit, TV cable, wireless internet and all top of the line bedding and appliances. Designer furniture. All lights are on dimmers and both units face west with view of the Eiffel Tower. We have another flat available on the 6th floor of the same building. Please inquire.
