Once you step towards the rear of the house, you enter the living area, which provides spectacular views of the tropical landscaping and the water. The atmosphere of the house is design, hip, trendy, white black and aluminium. The Master Bedroom is located near the front of the house and offers direct access to the swimming pool. The other bedrooms are comfortable as well as spacious and are scattered throughout the house.

It offers the opportunity to take advantage of the swimming pool, sunbathing, fishing from the boat dock, picnics, barbeques on the large outdoor grill and other activities.
