Welcome to our newly built home "Magnolia Breeze". Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, fully air conditioned home, comfortably sleeps 8 -10 people, and is only 10 minutes from Disney. Perfectly situated only minutes from shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The master suite has a KING size bed with ensuite, Cable TV, digital safe, and overlooks the south facing pool and spa. The second ensuite bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and Cable TV. This also has access out to the pool. This is ideal if two families are sharing. Our 3rd/4th bedrooms are twin rooms both with Cable TV, VCR and PLAYSTATION. Between these two rooms is the useful addtion of a 3RD bathroom. The family room has Cable TV, DVD, VCR both with a selection of DVD/VIDEO'S. We also have supplied a selection of board games for you to enjoy. The kitchen comes fully equiped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freeze, coffee maker etc, just like home from home. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool. We have a more formal/relaxing dining room and living room, which is separate to the family room. This also hosts a pull out queen sofa bed, should you require additional beds. The laundry room is complete with washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and two hairdryers. We have also added a high chair and travel cot with all bedding. Towels and bed linen are all supplied. The relaxing large south facing pool overlooks the orange groves with the addition of a spa to soak away those tired feet after spending a busy day round disney. Our pool comes with a safety fence which can be fitted around the pool for safety with small children. BBQ. Orange Tree has a tennis,volleyball, & football pitches, plus a children's playground. Please note that our home is non-smoking.
