As soon as you step inside this Miami Beach seasonal rentals villa, you immediately notice the beautiful tile floors and large spaces. There is also a spectacular gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The dining area, which is located just next to the kitchen, offers seating for 8 people. Once you step towards the rear of the house, you enter the living area, which provides spectacular views of the tropical landscaping and the water. The atmosphere of the house is design, hip, trendy, white black and aluminium. This Miami Beach short term rental home was fully redecorated in 2007 and is a very pleasant lodging for vacationers or business travelers.
The Master Bedroom is located near the front of the house and offers direct access to the swimming pool. The other bedrooms are comfortable as well as spacious and are scattered throughout the house.
The backyard area is quite large and is perfect for the outdoor lover. It offers the opportunity to take advantage of the swimming pool, sunbathing, fishing from the boat dock, picnics, barbeques on the large outdoor grill and other activities. Tropical landscaping surrounds the entire grounds that offer privacy, as well as a beautiful environment. Overall, the Colonial Villa offers only the best in quality and accommodation.
