Deposit Police: A credit card is required to proceed and confirm the reservation.
• 2 Nights deposit will be charged to the credit card submitted at the time of reservation.
• The credit card will be charged in Mexican Pesos at the prevailing official bank exchange rate at the moment we apply the charge to the credit card.
• Balance is payable upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
• Deposit is refundable ( minus $25 USD, non refundable service fee) only if cancellation is placed at least 14 days prior to arrival date
• All cancellations should be notified in writing
• Unused nights, early departures and no shows are non refundable.
December Policy: The minimum length of stay is 7 nights

• 50% of the total balance will be charged to the credit card number submitted at the time of booking per room, Balance is payable upon arrival.
