The resort is walled and gated community with around the clock security and check-in facilities. All guests at Regal Palms will have access to the new private club and leisure facilities. The 17,000 sq ft clubhouse features a full restaurant, Sports bar with Large plasma TV, Tiki bar. Convention and business centre with Internet facilities and games room. A further building houses a gymnasium, spa, health and beauty complex.
The Resort features an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools and a lazy river, Jacuzzi, waterfalls and waterslide, a central island and extensive sun decks.
A Publix supermarket and further restaurants are few yards from the resort.
Adjacent to the resort is the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this is a 72 par championship course with extremely challenging greens.
