Owners, managers and their marketing partners each have the right to advertise the vacation rentals on their website.

Therefore it is very common to see the same holiday rentals villa advertised by several companies. Renters need to make sure that the entity offering the vacation rentals has the right to do so. When large websites or companies offer holiday rentals, they probably have the right to do so. When renters find the vacation rentals on smaller websites or free websites such as Craigslist or Kijiji, renters should exercise caution.

In the case of any doubts, the customer should ask the advertiser if they can prove that they have the right to rent the holiday rentals property. If they are not convincing, step away and find another company.
